Boys transferring from Year 6 at primary school to Year 7 secondary school must apply through the London–wide admissions scheme. All applicants must submit the e-admissions online application to the Local Authority in which your child lives. The application process for September 2022 entry opens on 1st September 2021. Please check your Local Authority website for further information.
In addition, applicants must also complete our Supplementary Information Form (SIF) and Certificate of Catholic Practice Form (CCP) which can be found below. For those of other faiths, a baptismal certificate or a written declaration of practice from an official faith leader is required instead of the CCP form.
Both forms should be returned to St Aloysius’ College via post or in person.
The deadline for all forms is 31st October 2021.
If you do not complete all forms (e-admissions, SIF and CCP) and return them by the closing date your application will be subject to the late application policy and the Governing Body may be unable to consider your application.
Offers of places for admission to Year 7 for September 2022 will be made by the local authority on 1st March 2022. Once parents have been advised of their offer of a school, they should contact the Admissions Department of their local authority with any queries.
In Year Admissions Years 7 - 11
Applications for in-year admissions are made directly to the school. Applicants may be admitted to years 7, 8, 9, 10 or 11 throughout the academic year if there is a place available. Please complete the 'Initial Contact Form' below and return it to St Aloysius' College in person, via post or via email.

If your child has been refused a place at the school, you have the right to appeal. You will receive at least 10 school days notice of your hearing. Letters regarding the decision of your appeal will be sent within 5 school days of your hearing.
