To view our Admissions Policy please click here.
Boys transferring from Year 6 at primary school to Year 7 secondary school must apply through the London–wide admissions scheme. All applicants must submit the e-admissions online application to the Local Authority in which your child lives. The application process for September 2020 entry opens on 1st September 2019. Please check your Local Authority website for further information.
In addition, applicants must also complete our Supplementary Information Form (SIF) which can be found below. For those of other faiths, a baptismal certificate or a written declaration of practice from an official faith leader is required.
Both forms should be returned to St Aloysius’ College via post or in person.
The deadline for all forms is Thursday 31st October 2019.
If you do not complete all forms (e-admissions and SIF) and return them by the closing date your application will be subject to the late application policy and the Governing Body may be unable to consider your application.
Offers of places for admission to Year 7 for September 2020 will be made by the local authority on 2nd March 2020. Once parents/carers have been advised of their offer of a school, they should contact the Admissions Department of their local authority with any queries.
Please be aware that on Tuesday 3rd December at 9:30am we are holding CAT Tests for boys who are interested in joining St Aloysius' College in September 2020.
If your child has been refused a place at the school, you have the right to appeal against the decision under the 1998 School Standards and Framework Act. The deadline for submitting an appeal is 2nd April 2020 and the hearing will be within 40 school days of that date.
