Please be assured that we are committed to ensuring that we do all within our power to reduce the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on students learning and attainment. We take this opportunity to thank you for your ongoing support during this challenging period.

I am aware that the present situation is a cause of worry for parents and as a school we are seeking to provide as much support as we can to students and parents at this difficult time.

All students and parents have been sent details of their log in information for G Suite (to access Google Classroom) and expectations relating to home, virtual learning. This information can be found in the letters sent via email and in the Covid-19 Updates area of our website. To summarise;

  • Students must log in and join their Form Group Google Classroom at 8:30am each day to be registered. Attendance and punctuality will be monitored. Any absences must reported to the school in the usual manner.
  • Students will follow their usual timetable for subject lessons, logging into their subject's GoogleClassroom in time for each school period. Students should be aware of their timetable, parents can view their son's timetable on Go4Schools.

Please encourage your son to visit the Student Hub area of our website for additional online links to support their learning. During normal school hours teachers will be available to answer questions via the GoogleClassroom posting function if students require further information or advice on their work.

We wish you and your families well and we will continue to contact parents via email with any further updates.

Thank you for your continued support.
