2025 brings outstanding GCSE results

What a week of celebration at St Aloysius’ College! Following on from last week’s excellent A-Level outcomes, our GCSE students have once again done us proud.

This year’s results show clear year-on-year improvement:

  • 41% grades 7+ (national average for boys: 19%)

  • 69% grades 5+ (national average for boys: 50%)

  • 83% grades 4+ (national average for boys: 64%)

We are especially proud of Christopher Baah-Okyere, who achieved a remarkable ten grade 9s and was awarded a Sixth Form scholarship to Westminster School.

Headteacher Paula Whyte said:

“We are so proud of our young men. They worked diligently, supported by their families and teachers. These excellent results are richly deserved, and we can’t wait to see what the future holds for them.”

As we prepare to welcome our first mixed Year 7 cohort in September 2025, these results are a wonderful reminder of the high expectations and thriving community that define St Aloysius’ College.
