Students achieved an impressive 41% A–B, 81% A–C and 99% A–E at A Level, with outcomes continuing to exceed both local and national averages.

There was particular cause for celebration for Hei Yi (pictured), who achieved an exceptional A*/A*/A* having joined St Aloysius’ College in Year 13.

Strong results were also achieved across the College’s vocational provision, with students studying BTEC Business and PE securing an average grade of Distinction*.

Headteacher Paula Whyte congratulated students on their achievements:

“These results are richly deserved. Our students worked consistently hard, supported every step of the way by their teachers and parents. It is wonderful to see them rewarded for their diligence and resilience. They now have a strong platform on which to build successful futures.”

For many students, Results Day also brought confirmation of the exciting destinations that await them beyond St Aloysius’. The majority have accepted offers from their first-choice destinations, including prestigious Russell Group universities, while others are progressing into apprenticeships and employment opportunities.

The results provide a fitting conclusion to years of hard work and commitment from students, supported throughout by their families and the College’s teaching and Sixth Form teams.
